Technical Support Technician
Served on two telephone technical support teams. The first team supported flatbed scanners and the second supported an Internet service provider. On both teams I resolved customer issues expediently and effectively communicated technical information by adjusting to the user’s skill level. Designed an HTML-based Windows 98 desktop Control Panel simulation for the scanner team (at the time, Windows 98 was  unavailable to the team).
